bTone Fitness Brickyard is offering a free reformer pilates class for the first 10 guests to register.

Smart Fit will host cold plunge, sauna and red light therapy.

Millcreek Nutrition will provide delicious and nutritious refreshments.

This event is exclusively for our PINK SYNC community and attendance is free. Come and enjoy healing together in a beautiful location. Enjoy light Refreshments of chips and salsa and refreshing drinks.

Bring a yoga mat and towel if you have one and if you want to try the cold plunge bring a swimsuit and towel.
